Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, opened the Air Expo Abu Dhabi 2024 on November 19. Sheikh Nahyan said:
“We are proud to be here at Air Expo Abu Dhabi to celebrate new ideas and growth in aviation. This event shows how we are working together to improve technology, create jobs, and help the economy grow. With support from Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, we bring experts and leaders from all over the world to work together. Air Expo Abu Dhabi is not just about showing new things but also finding ways to build a better future for aviation.”
One important part of the expo is the Middle East Aviation Career (MEAC) program. This program teaches and guides people who want jobs in aviation. The UAE’s aviation industry is growing fast because more tourists are coming, and the government is helping. MEAC helps train more workers, like pilots, to meet this need. Over 40 flight schools are at the event, showing how many pilots are needed. MEAC also helps people learn about jobs, share ideas, and solve problems in aviation work.
Another event is the Women in Aviation program, which focuses on how women can take part in the flying industry and grow in their careers.
Air Expo Abu Dhabi is not just about flying. It also helps other connected industries grow. It supports Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s plan to use smart ideas and safe, green technologies in aviation. The event creates jobs, helps people learn, and supports the UAE’s big goal of making flying better and safer.
Air Expo Abu Dhabi 2024 shows how strong Abu Dhabi is in the world of aviation. It brings new ideas, teamwork, and learning to make the flying industry better and help reach the UAE’s future dreams.
