In the dynamic world of fitness and bodybuilding, few athletes reflect the values of dedication, discipline, and determination as strongly as Muhammad Hamza Raja — a proud Pakistani athlete making his mark from the United Arab Emirates. Once recognized as the first athlete ever featured by “Voices of UAE” for his inspiring fitness journey, Raja has now reached a remarkable new height in his career.
At the 47th Grand Prix PEPA Opava in the Czech Republic — one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious bodybuilding championships, established in 1946 — Muhammad Hamza Raja captured the Overall Title in Men’s Physique and officially earned his IFBB Pro Card, cementing his place among the elite ranks of professional bodybuilders. “Alhamdulillah, I got my IFBB Pro Card here in Opava, Czech Republic. Now I’m officially an IFBB Pro representing Pakistan. The UAE gave me the platform and opportunity to grow, and from here, I go forward to the USA, InshaAllah,” said Raja after his victory.
This achievement not only marks a personal milestone but also underscores Dubai’s position as a global hub for fitness and sports excellence. Having cultivated his career in the UAE, Raja’s success story stands as a testament to how the country continues to empower talent from around the world to achieve international recognition.
Born in Pakistan, Muhammad Hamza Raja began his fitness journey during his teenage years. Upon moving to the UAE, he discovered an ideal environment to refine his skills — supported by world-class training facilities and a thriving fitness community. Over time, he has built an impressive track record of achievements, including:
● Gold Medal – Mr. Universe 2023
● Gold Medal – Dubai Muscle Show 2024
● Gold Medal – Malta International Grand Prix 2024
● Silver Medal – Gulf Classic Championship 2023
● Top Placings – IFBB Grand Prix Malta and Mr. World Fujairah
Recognizing his growing contributions to the sport, the IFBB Federation has also recommended Muhammad Hamza Raja for the UAE Golden Visa — an acknowledgment of his influence as a fitness ambassador representing both Pakistan and the UAE. “Bodybuilding is not just about training — it’s about discipline, faith, and consistency,” said Raja. “The UAE has given me a home, a community, and the motivation to push beyond limits. I dedicate this achievement to everyone who believed in me — my family, my coaches, and my supporters from Dubai to Pakistan.”
DXB News Network proudly celebrates individuals like Muhammad Hamza Raja — athletes who call the UAE their base and carry its spirit of ambition, excellence, and perseverance onto the global stage. His triumph at the 47th Grand Prix PEPA Opava is yet another milestone that reinforces Dubai’s role as a launchpad for world-class talent.
With his IFBB Pro Card now secured, Muhammad Hamza Raja sets his sights on the next chapter of his journey — competing professionally in the United States and continuing to represent Pakistan and the UAE at the highest levels of international bodybuilding.
As he steps into this new phase, Raja carries not only the pride of his homeland but also the strength, determination, and global spirit that define Dubai’s ever-growing fitness community.
