Emirates Islamic Bank has donated AED 5 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign, joining other organizations that are supporting this meaningful cause. The campaign was started by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai. It aims to honour fathers in the UAE by creating a sustainable fund that will provide healthcare and treatment for people in need.
Part of a Bigger Effort
Emirates Islamic’s donation is part of a larger community effort in response to the campaign. The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) is leading this project. The campaign allows people to donate in the name of their fathers, making it a special way to honour them. It also promotes values such as kindness, compassion, and family respect, which strengthens the UAE’s position as a leader in charity and humanitarian work.
