Egyptian Developers has started a new project called Attracta in El Shorouk City. This project is part of the company’s plan to grow its business and invest EGP 20 billion in the next five years. Attracta will be built on 13,000 square meters of land and will have a ground floor and four more floors. The project will include shops, offices, medical clinics, and places for fun activities. The sizes of the units will be between 30 square meters and 600 square meters, so different types of businesses can use them. Construction will begin three months after signing the contract, and the project will be ready in three years.

The company’s founder, Abdel Rahman Abu Zeid, said that Attracta is part of their plan to build high-quality projects. To make sure everything runs smoothly, the company is working with well-known companies in the industry. InCommercial will manage the project, MH Architects will design the buildings, and Maap and Setra will take care of the electrical and mechanical work. The company’s CEO, Makhlouf Abd Rabo, said that these partnerships will help the project be completed on time and with good quality.
At the same time, Egyptian Developers is also working on other projects. The Jaya Business Complex has already sold more than 80% of its units. The Jaya East Mall in El Shorouk is 90% finished, and more than 80% of the units have been sold. The second part of Jaya East, called Jaya Mark Mall, has sold more than 60% of its units. This year, the company plans to spend EGP 1 billion on construction, using its own money for funding. It is also looking for new projects in the North Coast and Ain Sokhna to grow its business and meet changing customer needs.
Makhlouf Abd Rabo said that the company hopes to make EGP 3 billion in sales this year by launching Attracta and continuing work on other projects. Some important people working on Attracta have also shared their thoughts. Mohamed Mohy from InCommercial said that his company will manage the project to make sure everything runs well. Mohamed Hendawi from MH Architects said they will focus on making sure the building is designed properly. Ahmed Farouk from Maap said his company will handle the electrical and mechanical design, and Mohamed Shoukry from Setra Contracting said his team will take care of all the electrical and mechanical work.
With Attracta, Egyptian Developers is strengthening its name in the real estate market. The company wants to provide high-quality buildings that meet the needs of businesses and customers.
