The agreement was signed at the first International Mangroves Conservation and Restoration Conference (IMCRC). His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai, Secretary General of the Advanced Technology Research Council, and Her Excellency Dr Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of EAD, both signed the deal.
Under this agreement, EAD will give advice on the best ways to restore mangroves. They will help choose the best locations and provide knowledge about what mangroves need to grow. Nabat will use new machines and tools to make the restoration process better and quicker.
The main goal of this partnership is to use smart technology to make mangrove restoration easier and more effective. This will help protect the environment and also fight climate change. The project will show how Abu Dhabi is using technology to protect nature.
His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai said, “Mangroves are very important for our planet. Nabat is using new technology to help protect them. Our partnership with EAD will make sure our efforts are focused and will help fight climate change.”
Her Excellency Dr Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri also talked about how important this partnership is. She said, “This project is an important step in restoring nature. By combining technology with our knowledge of the environment, we can protect places like mangroves and encourage others to use technology for good. This partnership shows Abu Dhabi is a leader in both innovation and protecting the environment.”
The project will show how technology can help solve big environmental problems. It will also encourage people to work together to help the planet. The partnership aims to inspire others to use technology to protect the environment and make a positive change.
