Dubai’s selection as the host city reflects the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, who is spearheading efforts to drive digital transformation across all industries, including real estate. His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department, emphasized that hosting this event highlights Dubai’s commitment to building a real estate ecosystem centered on innovation and technology.
