DHG Properties, under DHG Holding, is a seasoned player in the world of real estate. They've recently divulged details about their first undertaking in Dubai - Helvetia Residences. To date, a fifth of the project work is complete, making this a critical point as they venture into the UAE's real estate scene. Situated in the bustling area of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), the unique aspect of Helvetia Residences lies in its advanced acoustic systems.

They ensure minimal noise intrusion from neighboring units and corridors, promising privacy and tranquility to residents. Adding to its cutting-edge attributes, the apartment complex features a contemporary ventilation system. Not only is this system highly functional, but it also adds an aesthetic appeal. A convenience often overlooked in many regional establishments, this provision enhances the comfort of the living environment.
For a luxurious touch, DHG Properties has sourced high-grade materials from Europe. Bathrooms will flaunt Spanish tiles from Valencia. Italian Mermer marble will grace the reception area and other sections. Bathrooms and powder rooms will showcase elegant travertine slabs and bronze finishes by Armani. Additionally, kitchens will have a European flair with top-tier Bosch appliances.
The COO of DHG Properties, Milena Stevovic, provided insight into the project's progress. The transition into the UAE's real estate marketplace was a logical step due to the country's emphasis on property growth. The goal, she revealed, is to collaborate with the UAE to foster the growth of the DHG brand, and to uplift the local real estate industry, providing more than just a living quarter.
She further elaborated that Helvetia Residences is an embodiment of an elite lifestyle that combines luxury, comfort and value for money. By marrying Swiss expertise with high-end materials, Stevovic aims to inject a unique offering into Dubai’s real estate setting and redefine luxurious living. 10 model apartments at Helvetia Residences will be constructed by DHG Properties.
They will serve as a showpiece for contractors and prospective buyers to witness the quality of work and design. These exemplar apartments will further ensure adherence to Swiss-quality specifications. She pointed out that 10 Swiss veterans, experienced in interiors focusing on flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, carpentry, upholstery, lighting, and acoustic installations have arrived in Dubai. Their expertise will enhance the project's aesthetics.
These experts, who have contributed to several successful DHG endeavours in Europe, will now vest their expertise in Dubai. She is certain that the model apartments will enable buyers and future residents to unveil the premium lifestyle that Helvetia Residences aspires to.
The project is advancing at a brisk pace with expectations to handover the apartments by the first half of 2026. Helvetia Residences will offer superior residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, thereby raising the bar on Dubai’s property market.
