The Chinese Embassy in India has announced that it will continue to offer lower visa fees until December 31, 2025. This decision will help make it easier for people to travel to China. The reduced visa fees were introduced last year, and now they will stay in place for the next few years.
Here are the new visa fees:
The single-entry visa will cost Rs 2,900.
A double-entry visa will cost Rs 4,400.
For a visa with multiple entries, it will cost Rs 5,900 for six months, and Rs 8,800 for a year or more.
For group visas, each person will need to pay Rs 1,800.
This announcement comes at a time when India and China are working together to improve their relationship. The two countries have been holding talks to settle issues along their shared border, called the Line of Actual Control (LAC). Recently, India and China agreed on how to handle certain areas along the border.

India’s Ministry of Defence shared that both countries have made progress in solving border issues. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that the ongoing talks are a good example of how continuous dialogue can help find solutions.
The Indian Army is also working hard to maintain peace along the border. They are making sure there is no danger and stopping any possible security threats. The army has been carrying out operations to fight terrorism and protect the country.
India’s government has been focused on building better infrastructure in border areas to help the army and make sure everything runs smoothly. This is all part of India’s plan to keep the country safe and stable.
The extension of the lower visa fees is also part of the effort to improve relations between India and China. Both countries want to make their relationship stronger, and this decision is one step towards making travel and business between them easier.
