'Assassin's Creed' Roasts Elon Musk For Alleged Cheating In Online Games

The official Assassin’s Creed account on X (formerly Twitter) made fun of Elon Musk after he said bad things about their new game, Assassin’s Creed Shadows. The reply from the game’s account quickly became very popular, with millions of people reacting to it online.

The talk started when someone on X said that Ubisoft was giving money to some streamers to talk about the new game. The post also suggested that these streamers were supporting bad people. Elon Musk saw this and replied by calling one streamer a “fraud” and a “sell-out”. He said the person was telling people to buy a “terrible game” just because they were paid to do so.

Not long after, the Assassin’s Creed account answered Musk’s comment with a joke. They wrote, "Is that what the guy playing your Path of Exile 2 account told you?" This was a way of saying that Musk might not be playing games himself and could be using someone else to play for him.

A lot of people commented, with some saying they would buy the game just because of this reply. One person said, "Can’t believe I’m gonna buy this game now because of this reply." Elon Musk has often said that he is a big gamer and one of the best players in the world in Diablo IV, a well-known video game. But earlier this year, many people started to doubt his gaming skills when he streamed himself playing Path of Exile 2, another popular game.
