Khaled Abdel Ghaffar told health officers to check hospitals and clinics during the holidays to see if they were ready to help people. He said all health groups like the Ambulance Service, Hospitals, Health Insurance, and University Hospitals should work together to handle any emergency quickly.
The minister asked his team to share emergency phone numbers on social media so that people know how to get help fast. He also said it is important to tell people where special care centers for strokes, burns, and poison cases are located.
Ambulances have been placed in busy areas like highways, parks, and churches. There are 661 ambulances near public places and 1,044 on highways to respond to any need. The health team is also working with the government’s emergency center and fire department to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said all these steps are to make sure everyone has a safe and happy Christmas. The government wants to protect people and be ready to help in any situation.
