Abu Dhabi, UAE – H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Adviser, has completed his official visit to Washington, where he met with US President Donald Trump and many top officials and business leaders.
During his visit, Sheikh Tahnoon had a meeting with President Trump. To honor him, the US President hosted a special dinner at the White House, attended by many high-ranking US officials.

In the meeting, both leaders spoke about ways to make the friendship between the UAE and the USA even stronger. They also talked about new investment plans in important areas like Artificial Intelligence, technology, roads, factories, energy, and healthcare.
Sheikh Tahnoon also met with important US leaders, including the Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, and Special Advisor on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Currencies David Sacks.
The discussions focused on growing economic ties between the UAE and the USA, making investments faster, and finding new ways to work together in different areas. They also spoke about current world events and how both countries can support peace and growth.
During the visit, Sheikh Tahnoon met with big company CEOs and business leaders. They discussed new business opportunities, especially in advanced technology, Artificial Intelligence, and innovation, to help economies grow, improve lives, and bring new ideas to the world.
Several important deals were made during the visit. Nvidia and xAI joined the "AI Infrastructure Partnership", a project to develop and speed up Artificial Intelligence and other new technologies.
Another major deal was between ADQ and Energy Capital Partners (ECP), the biggest private power company in the USA. They agreed to create a 50:50 business partnership in the USA, planning to invest $25 billion in new energy projects.
Additionally, the Abu Dhabi Department of Government Enablement signed a big agreement with Microsoft and Core42, a company that focuses on cloud services, Artificial Intelligence, and digital technology. This deal will help improve government services and create new digital solutions.
The UAE is one of the biggest investors in the USA, with $1 trillion already invested in areas like trade, aviation, manufacturing, energy, and technology.
Sheikh Tahnoon was joined by a team of UAE government officials and private business leaders during his visit.
