SAMANA Developers has announced plans to construct an AED 40 million endowment building in Dubai. This initiative supports the Fathers’ Endowment campaign, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Honoring Fathers and Supporting Healthcare
The Fathers’ Endowment campaign, launched during the holy month of Ramadan, is a tribute to fathers in the UAE. The goal of this campaign is to establish a sustainable endowment fund that will provide essential medical care to underprivileged individuals. This includes funding for hospitals, medical equipment, medications, and improving healthcare facilities to benefit those in need.

SAMANA Developers' Commitment
SAMANA Developers has pledged to build the endowment property within the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) education complex, located in Dubai Academic City. The revenues generated from this property will directly contribute to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign’s mission of improving healthcare services for underserved communities. The funds will help expand hospital capacities, upgrade medical facilities, and provide necessary treatments for patients who cannot afford them.
A Noble Initiative
Imran Farooq, CEO of SAMANA Developers, expressed his company’s pride in being part of this meaningful initiative. He stated, “It is an honor to take part in this campaign launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. This initiative truly reflects the values of humanity, social solidarity, and compassion.”
Farooq further emphasized, “At SAMANA Developers, we strongly believe in supporting charitable initiatives and giving back to the community. By contributing to this endowment, we aim to create a lasting impact by ensuring sustainable healthcare for those who need it most. Improving healthcare is one of the most powerful ways to enhance lives and bring positive change.”
Strengthening Global Philanthropy
The Fathers’ Endowment campaign, part of the broader Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, encourages people to honor their fathers by making donations in their names. This effort highlights the values of parental appreciation, generosity, and social unity while reinforcing the UAE’s leading role in global humanitarian efforts. The campaign also aims to educate the public about the importance of endowments and encourage community participation in providing long-term healthcare solutions for those in need.
