A distressing lawsuit has been filed against New York City plastic surgeon Ammar Mahmoud, who stands accused of subjecting his girlfriend, Maya Willow Sias, to horrific physical and emotional abuse, allegedly turning her into a "sex slave." The $10 million suit outlines a pattern of abuse and control, asserting that Mahmoud, who is 15 years older than Sias, brutally assaulted her, resulting in severe injuries, including a fractured eye socket.
The lawsuit describes how Mahmoud exploited his medical authority to manipulate Ms. Sias. In an effort to conceal his abusive actions, he allegedly took her to his medical spa, Alinea, where he injected filler into her swollen eye without any painkillers or anesthesia. "He stabbed me in the face with a needle; I could feel the needle scratching against the bone," the 25-year-old singer and model recounted.

According to the allegations, Mahmoud hid his abusive nature behind the facade of his successful medical career. Sias claims he portrayed himself as a drug-abusing sex addict with a violent history towards women. Their relationship began in April 2023 on a yacht in Miami, where Ammar, who was already involved with someone else, proposed a threesome. Although Sias declined, she found him charming and continued their correspondence. When she visited New York for a modeling job, Mahmoud won her over with romantic gestures, extravagant gifts, and trips to luxurious destinations like Dubai and Miami.
However, the initial allure quickly deteriorated. Sias alleged that Mahmoud regularly abused ketamine and 2C, a synthetic psychedelic, leading to increasingly violent behavior. As their relationship progressed, he offered to transport her belongings from North Carolina to his Fifth Avenue residence. The lawsuit details alarming incidents where Mahmoud would abuse drugs and alcohol and force himself on Sias at all hours, regardless of her consent.
One particularly harrowing night is described when Sias was beaten into unconsciousness. Following a dinner date, she confronted Mahmoud upon discovering him partying with three prostitutes. The confrontation escalated violently, with Mahmoud allegedly beating her severely. "After the women left, Dr. Mahmoud violently hurled Willow to the ground, mercilessly punched her face and body, and smothered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness," the lawsuit states.
The injuries Sias sustained were reportedly severe, with her eye swollen shut and her body covered in bruises. The surgeon allegedly prescribed her antidepressants and forced her to take ketamine to keep her submissive. Mahmoud's sexual abuse intensified, with accusations that he coerced her into non-consensual sexual activities with strangers, assaulted her while she was unconscious, and physically restrained and threatened her.
He reportedly monitored her location through her phone and threatened her with dire consequences if she attempted to leave. Sias finally escaped Mahmoud while in California for a job, deciding not to return and leaving all her belongings behind.
Adding to the gravity of the situation, it has come to light that Mahmoud's ex-wife has also accused him of physical violence in an ongoing lawsuit from 2014. This history of alleged abuse underscores the troubling pattern of behavior that has led to Sias's shocking claims against him.
