Fujairah Hosts Sixth Round of Khaled Bin Mohamed Jiu-Jitsu Championship

The sixth round of the Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Jiu-Jitsu Championship took place at the Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah, attracting a large and enthusiastic crowd. The event focused on the under-14 and under-16 age divisions, showcasing some of the finest young talent in the country.

Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, son of the Crown Prince of Fujairah, attended the competitions, highlighting the importance of the event in promoting sports and youth development in the UAE.

The matches were filled with energy and skill, as young athletes displayed excellent jiu-jitsu techniques. At the end of the day, Baniyas Jiu-Jitsu Club led the rankings, showing their dominance in the sport. Sharjah Self-Defence Sports Club came in second place, followed by Al Ain Jiu-Jitsu Club in third. The performance of these clubs reflected their dedication and rigorous training programs, as well as the growing standard of jiu-jitsu across the UAE.

This sixth round is part of a championship that has quickly become one of the most prestigious sporting events in the country. With more than 1,600 male and female athletes from clubs and academies participating, the tournament has grown to become a major platform for young athletes to showcase their talent.
