After the success of their other projects, Onda and VAL, Kasco is continuing to grow in the Dubai property market. Kasco started working in Dubai real estate in September 2024, and now they are launching Volna.
Volna is a building with 11 floors, located near Al Jaddaf Waterfront. It will have 65 homes, all designed carefully to be both beautiful and useful. There will be studio apartments, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The studio apartments will be up to 912 square feet, one-bedroom apartments will be up to 1,480 square feet, two-bedroom apartments will be up to 1,620 square feet, and three-bedroom apartments will be up to 3,407 square feet.
The apartments are designed for people who want modern and stylish homes. The construction is already going on, and the project will be ready by the second quarter of 2026.
Mustafa Al Kaissi, Chairman of Kasco Developments, said that this is a big step for the company. He said Volna shows how much Kasco is committed to providing homes that are both practical and beautiful. He also said that every apartment is carefully designed to give the best living experience.
The design of Volna is inspired by the flow of ocean waves, which shows change and flexibility. Volna is located in a lively area, but also peaceful. It is close to important places like Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Festival City, and Dubai International Airport. It is also easy to get to by all major roads.
One of the best things about living in Volna is the view. Every apartment will have a great view of the canal and the Dubai Creek Harbor. This will help people feel relaxed and closer to nature.
Issa Abdul Rahman, CEO of Kasco Developments, said that the company wants to build neighborhoods that make life better. He said Volna is a great example of this. The company combines good design, quality, and new ideas to give people the best living experience.
Adham Younis, CEO of Evolutions, said their partnership with Kasco is growing. He mentioned that their last project, VAL, sold out in just two weeks, and they expect the same success for Volna. Younis also pointed out that Volna offers a 40/60 payment plan, making it a great investment for people who want a home that is convenient, good for health, and will increase in value over time.
