Israel Eliminates Top Hamas Sniper in Precision Strike Amid Gaza Tensions

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Thursday the successful elimination of Ahmed Hassan Salame Alsauarka, a senior commander in Hamas' Nukhba Forces, following a precision airstrike carried out by the Israeli Air Force in the Beit Hanoun area of northern Gaza. The operation, based on intelligence from the IDF and the Israel Security Agency (ISA), targeted Alsauarka, who was known for directing sniper activities and orchestrating attacks against Israeli troops and civilian communities.

Alsauarka gained notoriety for his involvement in the October 7 massacre in Southern Israel, where Hamas militants infiltrated Israeli communities, resulting in the tragic deaths of 1,189 people.
