Hamdan bin Mohammed praises combat readiness of 11th Mountain Battalion

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, recently visited the 11th Mountain Infantry Battalion. During his visit, he observed the tactics and techniques the battalion uses to get ready for missions.

Sheikh Hamdan praised the battalion for its high level of combat readiness and efficiency. He explained that training and staying strong are important for performing well in all kinds of situations. He also expressed pride in the soldiers’ hard work and professionalism.

To understand their training better, Sheikh Hamdan took part in field exercises with the battalion. These exercises were designed to improve the soldiers' combat skills, especially in tough mountain terrain. He joined them in simulated military operations, which included climbing mountains.

At the end of the exercises, Sheikh Hamdan congratulated the battalion’s leaders and soldiers. He reminded them that it is important to keep improving the UAE’s defence strength. He wished them success in all their future missions.
