The Crypto Tower will offer 150,000 square feet of office space, spread across nine floors. Some floors will be used for blockchain incubators, investment businesses, and venture capital companies. The building will be a place where people can work together and grow in the field of digital business.
One exciting feature of the Crypto Tower is that it will have a floor dedicated to new AI (artificial intelligence) technology. Chatoshi.ai will use this space to introduce AI projects to help the building and its businesses grow.
The tower will also use smart contracts, blockchain technology, and on-chain voting. These new ideas will improve how the building is managed and show how real estate can change with the use of blockchain.
The Crypto Tower will be added to the DMCC Crypto Centre in Uptown Tower. It will provide a space that supports new ideas and helps businesses grow.
Ahmed Bin Sulayem, who leads DMCC, said, "The Crypto Tower is a big step forward. With 150,000 square feet of office space, special floors for blockchain incubators, an AI technology floor, and more, the tower will have everything companies need."
He also said that the tower shows how blockchain can change how businesses run by ensuring transparency and ownership. This project also shows that Dubai wants to be a global leader in new technology.
The tower will have spaces for events, including a 3,500-square-foot outdoor area for blockchain and crypto events. There will also be a large indoor space of 10,000 square feet for meetings and talks. The top three floors will be home to a 30,000-square-foot crypto club for business people to meet, relax, and work together.
Other features of the tower will include an exotic car dealership, a gold store, an NFT art gallery, and a vault to safely store valuable items like cash, gold, and digital wallets.
Brenda Stratton from REIT Development said, “With this project, we are bringing blockchain to real-world buildings. Every expense in the tower will be recorded on the blockchain, making the project completely transparent."
With the Crypto Tower, Dubai is taking another step toward becoming a global leader in the world of digital business and technology, offering a space where businesses can grow and innovate in blockchain and crypto.
