The first part of the project has 251 homes. These include three- and four-bedroom villas, as well as five-bedroom villas by the water. The handovers of these homes will start soon. The next parts of the project are expected to finish by early 2025.
When the project is complete, The Pulse Beachfront will have 788 homes, including three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. The homes will range from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet. Each villa will have a master bedroom, a maid’s room, a kitchen, a private garden, covered parking, big living rooms, study rooms, and a rooftop. The project will also have a large water lagoon, an artificial beach, and a swimming pool that is half the size of an Olympic pool.
The development is designed to give people a good life. There will be many amenities like a fitness center, gym, squash court, climbing walls, private lounge, yoga garden, and aerobics rooms. There will also be a kids’ club, water park, children’s pool, skate parks, and jogging tracks. For shopping and food, there will be stores and a large supermarket.
The community will also have lots of green areas and space for sports like tennis, beach tennis, and padel tennis.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, said he was happy to finish the first part of The Pulse Beachfront and that it shows they are keeping their promise to finish projects on time. He said, “This development is part of our goal to build great communities where people can live, with modern designs, great services, and good connections. We look forward to finishing the whole project and welcoming new residents to their homes in Dubai South’s growing Residential District.”
Dubai South’s Residential District has many services for residents, including parks, sports courts, shops, a big 50,000-square-foot supermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a bus route that connects the area to the Expo Metro station.
Also, the GEMS Founders School opened in August. More than 25,000 people already live in the Residential District, enjoying the great lifestyle, services, and different gated communities with apartments and townhouses. It is a great place for families and people who want to live in a modern and connected community.
