Dubai International Chamber Drives Massive FDI Growth 2025

Dubai International Chamber, one of three chambers under Dubai Chambers, reported strong achievements in 2025, highlighting its role in boosting foreign investment and strengthening Dubai’s position as a global trade and business hub.

In 2025, the chamber attracted 373 companies to Dubai, including multinational corporations (MNCs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), marking an 80.2% increase from 2024. This included 64 MNCs (up 25.5% from 51 in 2024) and 309 SMEs (up 98% from 156 in 2024).

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, said,
"Dubai remains a prime destination for foreign investment, offering ideal conditions for business growth. Our international network supports the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) by connecting companies with global opportunities and fostering sustainable economic partnerships."

To strengthen global ties, the chamber organised 235 international roadshows across 190 cities in 2025, showcasing Dubai as an attractive investment destination. Additionally, it hosted 141 international trade delegations with 673 participants from diverse sectors to promote collaboration and create high-quality business opportunities.

The chamber also expanded its international presence under the Dubai Global initiative, which aims to establish 50 global offices by 2030. In 2025, it opened 9 new representative offices, bringing the total to 38 worldwide. New locations include New York (USA), Warsaw (Poland), Stockholm (Sweden), Karachi (Pakistan), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Cape Town (South Africa), Bengaluru (India), Bangkok (Thailand), and Toronto (Canada).

These offices organised 505 roundtable discussions in 2025, connecting Dubai-based companies with global markets, facilitating investment flows, and supporting international expansion. The network provides market insights, highlights Dubai’s competitive advantages, and helps businesses grow locally and abroad.

With these efforts, Dubai International Chamber continues to reinforce Dubai’s role as a leading global business hub, attracting foreign investment and supporting sustainable economic growth.
