DP World Foundation's DH15 Million Donation Enhances Cancer Care at Hamdan Bin Rashid Hospital

DP World Foundation has generously donated Dh15 million to Al Jalila Foundation in a significant move to bolster the development of the Hamdan bin Rashid Cancer Hospital. This contribution underscores DP World Foundation's steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility and its dedication to enhancing community welfare through crucial healthcare initiatives.

The funds allocated will play a pivotal role in advancing Dubai's first integrated cancer hospital, scheduled to commence operations in 2026. This state-of-the-art facility, a collaborative effort with Al Jalila Foundation, is poised to encompass 50 clinics, 30 research areas, 60 infusion rooms, and 116 inpatient beds across a sprawling 56,000-square-meter campus.

During a visit to Al Jalila Foundation and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Biomedical Research Centre, His Excellency Nasser Abdulla Al Neyadi, Chief Officer Group Security, Government Relations & Public Affairs (GRPA) at DP World Foundation, presented the donation. He engaged with key healthcare officials and stakeholders, reaffirming DP World Foundation's commitment to making a tangible impact in society.

HE Al Neyadi expressed, "This donation reflects our deep-seated commitment to supporting healthcare institutions and ensuring equitable access to high-quality care for all.
