HRH also briefed the Cabinet on his recent discussions with various world leaders, including President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian of Iran, Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba of Japan, and a phone conversation with U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, during which both leaders reaffirmed the importance of strengthening Saudi Arabia's historic and strategic relations with the United States.

Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary addressed the press following the Cabinet meeting, emphasizing the outcomes of the Extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit held in Riyadh. The Cabinet praised the summit's results, which aim to strengthen joint action and cooperation, especially in addressing the ongoing conflict in Gaza. The Cabinet reiterated its support for Palestine and Lebanon amid the humanitarian crisis caused by Israeli aggression. Saudi Arabia called on the international community to join the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, an initiative led by Saudi Arabia in collaboration with the European Union and Norway.

The Cabinet also reviewed Saudi Arabia’s contributions to international multilateral efforts, focusing on fostering cooperation to address global challenges while promoting sustainable development and prosperity. The Kingdom emphasized its commitment to continue offering humanitarian assistance to countries affected by natural disasters and other crises.

In the context of cultural diplomacy, the Cabinet highlighted the success of the "Arab Week at UNESCO" initiative, which was launched by Saudi Arabia at the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris. The initiative is seen as an important step toward strengthening cultural exchange and mutual understanding among global communities.

HRH the Crown Prince's support for Saudi talent was also acknowledged. The Crown Prince recently received a medical team that performed the world’s first robotic heart transplant, underscoring his commitment to advancing national capabilities in various fields. The Cabinet praised such initiatives as a reflection of the Kingdom’s focus on developing human capital.

The Cabinet also took note of the outcomes of the 10th Biban24 Forum held in Riyadh, where agreements worth SAR 35.4 billion were signed to support entrepreneurship. These agreements aim to increase the contribution of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to the national economy, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.

Additionally, the Cabinet reviewed and approved several key agreements. These included a memorandum of understanding between the Saudi Ministry of Economy and Planning and the Austrian Federal Ministry for Labour and Economy to foster economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as an air transport agreement with the Republic of Mozambique to enhance trade and tourism. The Cabinet also approved an MoU between Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Development Bank to support initiatives under the Oil Sustainability Program.

The session concluded with further discussions on key national priorities, and the decisions made are expected to help drive the Kingdom’s progress on the global stage and bolster its domestic development objectives.
