This new project will have five floors and offer one- and two-bedroom apartments. People who live here will enjoy beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and many modern facilities. The project will also have fancy shops, stylish cafés, and many places to relax.

This is the third big project by Amwaj Development in Meydan. Before this, they successfully launched Starlight Park and The Cube Residences.

One of the best things about this new place is the rooftop terrace and swimming pool with an amazing view of the lagoon. The whole area is designed to give people a private and peaceful lifestyle.

At the center of the project is a big, clear blue lagoon where people can swim and relax. Around the lagoon, there will be green parks, walking paths, and quiet spots for families to enjoy.

At the official event, Murad Saleh, CEO of Amwaj Development, said,
"We are happy to work with Octa Properties on this new project. After the success of our last two projects, we are excited to bring high-quality homes to more people."

Octa Properties is a leading real estate company in the UAE. Right now, they have 4,600 homes in progress. They plan to launch 14 more projects in Dubai by June, worth AED 9 billion ($2.45 billion).

Fawaz Sous, CEO of Octa Properties, said,
"We are excited to work with Amwaj Development on this special project in Meydan."

With top-class facilities, stunning views, and a calm lifestyle, this new project is set to become one of the most sought-after places to live in Dubai.
