Abu Dhabi Housing Authority starts handover of Al Saad residential project

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), along with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, has started giving new homes to Emirati families in the Al Saad residential project in Al Ain. A total of 306 villas are being handed over after the final selection process was completed.

The project includes large five-bedroom villas. Each villa covers 505 square metres and is built on a plot of 2,025 square metres, giving families plenty of space.

The community also has many services and facilities. There are three shopping complexes with 18 shops, making it easy for people to buy their daily needs. The project also has three mosques that can hold a total of 2,260 people for prayers.

For fun and relaxation, there are 34 parks spread across the area. A community centre (majlis) is also built for social events and gatherings, helping residents connect with each other.

The entire project covers 1.23 million square metres and cost AED 993.7 million. This project is part of Abu Dhabi’s plan to give good-quality homes to its citizens and improve their living standards.

With spacious homes, parks, and community facilities, the Al Saad project aims to create a comfortable and lively neighbourhood for Emirati families.
