The Trump Organization plans to build a Trump Tower in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, as part of its plans to expand in the region, including in Abu Dhabi. Eric Trump, the son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, shared this.
Eric Trump said two new projects are planned in Riyadh in partnership with Dar Global, a luxury real estate company based in Dubai. However, he did not share many details about the projects. “What I’ll tell you is one of them will definitely be a tower,” he said during an. Eric also added that they plan to work more with Dar Global across the Gulf region and hope to start a new project in Abu Dhabi soon.

“We’ll probably be in Abu Dhabi in the next year or so,” Trump said. This announcement comes just one day after the two companies shared plans to build a shining gold Trump Tower in Jeddah, a coastal city in Saudi Arabia.
Ziad El Chaar, the CEO of Dar Global, shared more about the plans. He said that the second new project planned for Riyadh would be a Trump Golf community. This is similar to the golf community launched in Oman in 2022. “We’re hoping to do one tower and one golf community,” Ziad El Chaar said in his.
Dar Global is the international arm of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company. The company has partnered with The Trump Organization on many projects already, including Trump towers in Jeddah and Dubai and the golf community in Oman.
The two companies did not share how much these new projects will cost. However, Ziad El Chaar compared the costs to other projects. For example, the Trump Tower in Jeddah has a value of $530 million, and the Trump Golf community in Oman cost about $2.66 billion.
Donald Trump had a close relationship with Gulf countries during his first term as U.S. President. Saudi Arabia invested $2 billion in a company owned by Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, after Trump left office in 2021. Many Trump allies have also kept strong business ties in the Gulf region since then.
Eric Trump also talked about avoiding possible conflicts of interest. “I have no interaction with Washington, D.C. I want no interaction with Washington, D.C.,” he said. He also explained that they will follow the same careful business practices as they did during Trump’s first term.
“We could have done two of the biggest buildings in Israel,” Eric Trump said, “but obviously October 7 came around, and you couldn’t do it. You just have to be careful about what is happening in different regions.”
During Trump’s first term, investigations showed that Trump’s business received at least $7.8 million in payments from 20 foreign countries during his presidency.
The Trump Organization’s plans to build the Trump Tower in Riyadh and other projects with Dar Global show their focus on real estate and luxury living in the Gulf region. These projects aim to meet Saudi Arabia’s demand for modern real estate and economic growth.
