Peas Kheer is prepared by boiling green peas and blending them into a fine paste, which is then cooked with milk, sugar, and cardamom until it thickens. A mix of almonds, pistachios, and raisins adds a delightful crunch to this creamy delight. Similarly, Bottle Gourd Kheer combines grated bottle gourd with milk, sugar (or jaggery), and cardamom, garnished with roasted nuts and dried fruits.

For those with a sweet tooth, Coconut Ladoo offers a delectable option. Made with desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of cardamom, these laddoos are easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious.
