Sheikh Hamdan Begins First Official Visit to India

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, arrived in New Delhi, India, this morning for his first official visit to the country. He is leading a high-level group of officials from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

When Sheikh Hamdan reached Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, he was warmly welcomed by India’s Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Tourism, Suresh Gopi. A special reception ceremony was also held in his honour at the airport.

During his visit, Sheikh Hamdan will meet with India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He will also have discussions with senior Indian officials. These meetings will focus on finding new ways for India and the UAE to work together and grow their relationship. Both sides are expected to talk about working together in important areas such as business, energy, technology, and tourism.

This visit shows how serious the UAE is about building strong friendships with other countries. It also highlights the UAE’s interest in working closely with India to support economic growth, bring in new ideas, and work together on projects that are important for both nations.
