His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the ruler of Sharjah, signed a new decree. This decree appoints Professor Dr. Mohammed Yousef Baniyas as an Advisor for Higher Education Affairs at the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).

Dr. Baniyas will work under a special contract for retired people. He will also receive a lump sum bonus from the Sharjah government. His job will begin from the date of this decree.
