Patrick Stewart, Channing Tatum & More X-Men Join Avengers

Marvel fans have a big reason to be excited as Avengers: Doomsday will bring back some famous X-Men characters from old movies. This film will be one of the most exciting in the Marvel series, as it brings together superheroes from different worlds. Fans were already happy to see their favorite Avengers, but the biggest surprise came when Marvel announced that some old X-Men stars would return.

A long preview of the film was shown, where fans saw heroes like Thor, the new Captain America (Sam Wilson), Falcon, and Shang-Chi. But the best part was when Marvel confirmed that some well-loved actors from the X-Men movies would join the film.

Patrick Stewart will return as Professor X, the wise and powerful leader of the X-Men. He had already appeared in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, but now he will have a bigger role. Joining him is Ian McKellen, who played Magneto, Professor X’s old friend and biggest rival. Seeing them together again will bring back memories for many fans.

Kelsey Grammer, who played Beast in the X-Men: The Last Stand movie, will also be back. Fans were happy when they saw a small glimpse of him in The Marvels, and now he will have a bigger role. Alan Cumming, who played the blue-skinned Nightcrawler in X2: X-Men United, will also return.

Rebecca Romijn, who played Mystique before Jennifer Lawrence, will be in the movie too. James Marsden, who played Cyclops, the leader of the X-Men, will also return. Many fans were sad when his character was not given enough screen time in past movies, so this could be a chance for him to shine.

One of the biggest surprises is Channing Tatum, who will finally play Gambit. For many years, Marvel planned a Gambit movie with him, but it was never made. Now, he will finally get his chance to be the card-throwing mutant in Avengers: Doomsday.

Since this movie is about different worlds and timelines, some of these characters might not be exactly the same as in the old X-Men movies. Marvel has already done this before, like when Professor X appeared as part of the Illuminati in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness or when Beast showed up with Monica Rambeau in The Marvels. Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine also died in Logan, but he is coming back in Deadpool & Wolverine from another timeline.

This means some of these X-Men might come from different universes, or they could be different versions of the same characters. Marvel is slowly bringing mutants into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and Avengers: Doomsday could be a big step toward making the X-Men a regular part of future Marvel movies.

With all these amazing actors returning, this film is going to be special. Fans have waited a long time to see the X-Men and Avengers together, and now it is finally happening. This could be the start of something very exciting for the future of Marvel movies.
