Hamdan bin Mohammed Meets Kazakhstan's Defence Minister at IDEX, Abu Dhabi

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and UAE Minister of Defence, met with His Excellency Ruslan Zhaksylykov, the Defence Minister of Kazakhstan, during the 17th International Defence Exhibition (IDEX 2025) held in Abu Dhabi.

The meeting focused on improving the strong relationship between the UAE and Kazakhstan, especially in the defense sector. They discussed ways to work together even more closely, including sharing knowledge and providing training to strengthen both countries' defense systems and readiness. This cooperation is aimed at helping both nations grow and achieve their long-term goals.

The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Major General Staff Mubarak Saeed bin Gafan Al Jabri, who is the Deputy Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee for IDEX and NAVDEX 2025, and His Excellency Staff Lieutenant General Ibrahim Nasser Al Alawi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defence.
