Esmé Beach Residences is located on Island A of Dubai Islands and is worth AED 370 million. The project focuses on well-being and marks the start of a new chapter for the company. Elysian wants to mix its knowledge of the market with new ideas for building communities that offer great lifestyles and long-term value for people.
For almost 20 years, Elysian has built a strong name by understanding what people want in the real estate market. The company has made a name for itself by creating projects that go beyond just luxury living. With this new project, Elysian hopes to change how people live in Dubai.
The Esmé Beach Residences covers 266,000 square feet and has 109 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. There is also 23,000 square feet of space for amenities made to improve well-being. These include saunas, cold plunge pools, a rooftop swimming pool with aqua cycling, family pools with cabanas, outdoor fitness areas, and clean water systems. Everything is designed to help people live a healthy and balanced life.
The project is in a great location on Dubai Islands, which is growing with new developments. It is also close to Downtown Dubai, making it easy for people to enjoy both peace and the city life.
The launch was held at Terrace Between the Towers at Emirates Towers. Industry leaders, brokers, and partners were there. Masood Naseeb, co-founder of Elysian, explained that Esmé Beach Residences is more than just a new project; it shows Elysian’s vision for communities where well-being is a top priority.
The company worked with Conway and Partners, a well-known design company, to create a brand focused on “Design for Well-Being.”
Co-founder Noman Mahmood shared that well-being is an important part of Elysian’s plans. He also mentioned that Dubai is investing in projects that promote healthy living, such as parks, cycling tracks, and open spaces. This fits with Dubai’s 2040 plan, and Elysian is making well-being the focus of its future projects.
