Ellington Properties, a well-known developer in Dubai, has picked Aroma International Building Contracting to build The Sanctuary, a new villa community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City).

The Sanctuary is set to be finished by the second quarter of 2026. It will be a quiet, gated community with beautiful homes, green spaces, and great amenities.
