The Sanctuary is set to be finished by the second quarter of 2026. It will be a quiet, gated community with beautiful homes, green spaces, and great amenities. The community will give people the chance to live close to nature, with amazing views of a clear lagoon, parks, and the famous Dubai skyline.
Every villa in The Sanctuary is designed to make the most of space and natural light. The homes will be big, bright, and full of smart details that make everyday life better.
Joseph Thomas, Co-Founder of Ellington Properties, said he is excited to work with Aroma International Building Contracting. He said, “Working with Aroma on The Sanctuary is a big step for us. We’ve worked with them for more than seven years, and they have always been a trusted partner. It’s the perfect choice for this project.”
He also added, “Aroma’s skill matches our goal of making homes that are beautiful, practical, and connected to nature. With The Sanctuary, we want to set a new standard for villa living in Dubai, offering a lifestyle that is inspiring and meaningful.”
Sajeev PK, Managing Director of Aroma International Building Contracting, said, “We are excited to work with Ellington Properties on The Sanctuary. This project shows what is possible in villa living. Together, we are making a community where every detail is made to offer a high-quality lifestyle.”
The Sanctuary is not just about beautiful homes; it shows Ellington Properties' commitment to changing how modern homes should look. The development will offer special features, such as access to a crystal lagoon, zen gardens, private pools with sunken seating, and large rooftop terraces. Every villa will have a private lift, smart home features, and designs that bring in plenty of natural light.
The community will also have fun spaces like a nature playground, water zones, and wellness areas for people of all ages.
The Sanctuary will not only change the way people live in Dubai but will also show what luxury living should look like. With its careful design and special features, it is expected to be a standout project in Dubai’s real estate market.
