Abdel Rahman Abu Zeid, the head of Egyptian Developers, said that they are also working on a new project in Shorouk City. This new project is expected to attract many buyers and change the local real estate market.
Abu Zeid explained that this upcoming project will bring new ideas and will set new standards for building homes and properties in Shorouk City.
The Jaya East Mall was launched in February 2023 and has already made EGP 400 million in sales. Around 80% of the properties in this project are already sold, showing that there is strong demand for housing in the area. Because of this success, the company is now planning a second part of the project called Jaya Mark.
Another major project is Bloom Mall, which started in July 2023. This mall has made EGP 350 million in sales and is well-known for its modern design and high-quality features.
Egyptian Developers also launched Jaya Mark Mall El Shorouk in May 2024. This project has already earned EGP 450 million. This shows how successful the company is in the real estate business.
Abu Zeid shared that the company owns the Jaya Business Complex in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. This location is very close to important roads and train stations. The complex is 6,000 square meters in size and has 10 shops on the ground floor. Around 90% of the commercial spaces in the complex have already been sold.
Looking ahead, Abu Zeid shared plans for one of the biggest projects in Shorouk City. This project will bring big changes to the city and create new opportunities for buyers and investors.
