Dubai Safari Park has announced a new night safari adventure for everyone to enjoy. Starting from December 13, 2024, to January 12, 2025, visitors can explore the amazing world of animals after sunset. This special activity is perfect for both residents and tourists who want to see wildlife uniquely.
The night safari will happen every evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Visitors can join two safaris, guided by experts, to learn about over 90 types of animals. During the safari, you can see how animals act at night and even join in some fun activities with them.
To make the night even more exciting, there will be live shows, including an African fire show and a colorful neon show. These performances will add fun and entertainment for everyone. Visitors will also learn about special skills that animals use at night, like seeing better in the dark, hearing sounds from far away, and hunting or staying safe.

During the safari, you might hear lions roar louder, see pygmy hippos moving more, and watch other animals showing their night-time habits. This is a rare chance to see how animals live in the wild when the sun goes down.
Ahmad Al Zarouni, the Director of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at Dubai Municipality, said the night safari is designed to teach people about the beauty of the animal world. He said, “The night safari gives people a new way to see animals and understand how they live at night. We hope this will help more people care about animals and nature.”
He also said that the night safari comes during Dubai’s busiest tourist season, making it a special activity for both locals and visitors. "This safari adds to Dubai’s exciting activities and shows why it is one of the best places to visit in the world,” he added.
Dubai Safari Park has made sure the night safari won’t disturb the animals or their natural routines. Only animals that are normally active at night will be part of the safari. This way, visitors can see them behaving naturally without any stress.
Tickets for the night safari will be available from December 11 on the park’s website. Tickets are limited, so visitors should book early to make sure they don’t miss out.
The night safari is a special and magical experience. It lets people connect with animals in a way they’ve never done before, while also protecting the wildlife and showing how much Dubai cares about nature.
