DCAA and China's Keeta Partner to Explore Safe Drone Deliveries in Dubai

Dubai’s Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) has signed an agreement with Keeta Drone to look into safely using drones for deliveries across Dubai. The deal was signed by Mohammed Abdullah Lengawi, Director General of DCAA, and Dr. Yinian Mao, Chairman of Keeta Drone.

The main focus of this partnership is to work on three important areas: creating places for drones to operate, making sure airspace is used well, and ensuring drones can be used safely for deliveries.

Lengawi talked about how important this agreement is for making Dubai a smart city with better transport. He said, "This partnership shows our support for Dubai’s goal to use new technology, like drones, to improve deliveries, all while keeping safety and security a top priority."

He also mentioned that the DCAA will help make sure that drones can fly safely in Dubai’s airspace. This will also help make Dubai a place that attracts investment and builds the future of flying technology.
