His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, recently participated in a networking event organized by the UAE-Singapore Business Council during his official visit to Singapore. This event aimed to showcase the various investment opportunities available in Abu Dhabi and promote the UAE's business-friendly environment, which is crucial for bolstering economic and trade relations between the two nations. Notably, the UAE stands as Singapore’s leading trading partner within the Middle East and North Africa region.

During his address, Sheikh Khaled commended the robust economic, trade, and investment connections that have developed between the UAE and Singapore. He emphasized the importance of further strengthening their comprehensive economic partnership and underscored the mutual commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation across key sectors, including technology, education, and sustainable development.

The event served as a platform to discuss the critical need to foster investments in vital sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), innovation, advanced technology, energy, urban planning, and smart cities. The discussions also highlighted research and development collaboration as essential to achieving shared aspirations for growth and prosperity.

Throughout the networking event, Sheikh Khaled engaged with business leaders and CEOs from prominent Singaporean companies to explore avenues for enhancing economic and trade cooperation.
