Dubai’s skyline is about to welcome a new iconic structure. Azizi Developments, a leading real estate company in the UAE, has announced the sales launch for its latest landmark, Burj Azizi. Once completed, this tower will stand at an incredible height of 725 meters, making it the second-tallest building in the world.
The construction of Burj Azizi is expected to be finished by 2028. The massive 131+ storey skyscraper will feature a mix of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. The developer shared that this project will redefine luxury living in Dubai.

The residential section will consist of elegant one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, designed with high-end interiors and modern facilities. The tower will also include an ultra-luxury shopping mall, which will house some of the world’s most famous fashion brands.

To ensure comfort and convenience for residents, every 20 floors will have a dedicated amenity level. These floors will be packed with facilities such as swimming pools, steam and sauna rooms, a fully equipped gym, a yoga center, a spa, and a games room offering billiards, chess, and table tennis. Other amenities include a business center, a kids’ play area, a cinema, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and even a supermarket.

Above the regular apartments, the upper section of the tower will feature ultra-luxury penthouses ranging from one to five bedrooms. These exclusive penthouses will come with private access to all premium facilities. To maintain privacy and exclusivity, separate lobbies will be built for residents and penthouse owners.

Azizi Developments considers Burj Azizi a major milestone in its journey. The official unveiling of this ambitious project is set to take place today (February 18) at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. The grand event will feature an electrifying performance by American pop star Jennifer Lopez. More than 15,000 guests, including government officials, investors, business leaders, and diplomats, are expected to attend.

Following the unveiling, the official global sales launch will begin tomorrow (February 19). Sales events will be held in major cities across the world, including Dubai (Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel).

Speaking about the launch, Mirwais Azizi, the Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, shared his excitement. He said, “In Dubai and across the world, new projects are announced every day. But a project like Burj Azizi is a once-in-a-generation achievement. This tower has been my dream for many years, and bringing it to life has been a great challenge. It took years of hard work by experts from around the world, but today, I am thrilled to announce that this dream is becoming a reality.”

One of the most unique aspects of Burj Azizi is its seven-star hotel, which will be themed around seven different cultures—Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian. Each cultural theme will be reflected in the hotel’s design and services. The hotel will also feature high-end restaurants offering cuisines from each of these cultures. Additionally, an authentic Emirati restaurant will be a key attraction.

The luxurious hotel will also include a grand ballroom and a beach club, further enhancing the experience for its guests. Once completed, Burj Azizi is expected to become a major tourist attraction, setting new standards for luxury and opulence in Dubai.

With this remarkable project, Azizi Developments aims to create a skyscraper that is more than just a building—it will be a symbol of elegance, innovation, and world-class hospitality.
