Azizi Venice, one of the most ambitious projects under this partnership, is set to feature over 36,000 residential units across more than 100 apartment complexes, alongside 109 ultra-luxury mansions. Azizi Developments is taking on the role of master developer, overseeing the construction of not only the buildings but also the infrastructure, including roads and utilities.
The Azizi Venice development is centered around a stunning crystal-blue lagoon that encircles the residential complexes, villas, and mansions. This lagoon, with its turquoise, desalinated waters, will serve as the focal point for a variety of leisure, retail, and commercial spaces. The surrounding area will be enhanced by sandy beaches, an 8 km-long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a vibrant promenade lined with artisan eateries and boutiques. A significant highlight of Azizi Venice is Azizi Opera, a new cultural landmark designed to the highest standards of contemporary architecture. Set to become one of Dubai’s premier venues for cultural and community events, Azizi Opera will feature a pedestrian-friendly space that remains open-air during the winter and transforms into a glass-covered, temperature-controlled area during the summer. The development will be lined with three-storey buildings housing global retailers, entertainment options, and diverse culinary offerings, establishing it as a unique destination in Dubai.
Anticipated to attract over 30,000 visitors daily, Azizi Venice will also feature two Azizi-owned and operated five-star hotels at its main entrances, along with a boutique hotel on an island in the center of the lagoon. The development will also boast its own full-service hospital, schools for all grades, a kindergarten, and a beautifully designed 4 km-long main road lined with additional dining and shopping options. Special attention is being given to family-friendly amenities, with numerous safe areas for children to play and explore. The development will be further enhanced with stunning lighting features, musical and dancing water fountains, and seasonal decorations, ensuring that Azizi Venice becomes one of the UAE’s most popular and interesting destinations.
Riviera, another key project in Azizi’s portfolio, is a stylish waterfront lifestyle destination featuring 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences. Inspired by the French-Mediterranean lifestyle, Riviera combines architectural beauty with a vibrant atmosphere, creating a landmark destination that blends residential and commercial spaces with extensive retail options. The project is divided into three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk along a 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon, and Les Jardins, a lush-green social space.
