ASALDI Properties has embarked on its inaugural venture in Egypt with the unveiling of the 'Shades' project, boasting a significant EGP 2.5 billion investment. Positioned as a leading player in office and commercial real estate, ASALDI Properties aims to channel a total of EGP 10 billion into the Egyptian market over the next five years.
Founder Hany Al Assal is optimistic about the immense potential and opportunities offered by the Egyptian market. He emphasizes the project's investment value of EGP 2.5 billion, underlining the genuine and robust demand within the Egyptian real estate sector.
'Shades' stands out as ASALDI Properties' premier commercial and administrative undertaking in East Cairo, featuring a sprawling built-up area of 48,000 square meters and a leasable space exceeding 18,000 square meters. The project spans four floors, incorporating over 400 parking spaces alongside facilities like offices, clinics, restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas.
Operations and sales for the Shades project commenced in December 2023, with an anticipated completion date set for the end of 2025. Mohamed Hany Al Assal, the co-founder and owner of ASALDI Properties, underscores the strategic importance of the Egyptian real estate sector and the company's commitment to meeting the burgeoning demand within the market.
