Ariana Grande recently spoke up about the rumors that she's going to play the legendary Audrey Hepburn in a new biopic about the famous British actress. While Ariana didn’t confirm whether these rumors are true, she shared her excitement at the National Board of Review’s Annual gala, saying she had been dreaming of the role for herself.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, she said, "Oh my goodness, oh my goodness—I have no idea. That would have to be done so well and so perfectly, and it would have to be—I don't know."
Her statement sparked a lot of reactions online. Many people on social media expressed their thoughts, with some saying that other Hollywood actresses might be better suited for the role. Some fans suggested that Lily Collins or Anne Hathaway would be better choices to play Audrey Hepburn.
On the other hand, some people supported the idea of Ariana playing the iconic role. One person said, "They would be dumb not to cast her for all the publicity alone this would get."
In the meantime, Ariana Grande is already making waves in Hollywood. She recently received a lot of praise for her role as Glinda in the Disney movie Wicked: Part One, which was released on November 22, 2024. Fans are also looking forward to her returning as Glinda in the sequel, Wicked: For Good, set to release on November 21, 2025.
Ariana was also seen at the Golden Globes 2025, wearing a beautiful pale yellow Givenchy gown from 1966. This gown is significant because it’s also the favorite color of Glinda, the character she plays in Wicked.
