This year, Emirati artist Shaikha Al Mazrou has been chosen as the Visual Campaign Artist for 2025. This means she will design the main look and style of the event. Each year, Abu Dhabi Art chooses one artist for this job. It shows the artist's skill and gives them a chance to share their style with many people.

Shaikha Al Mazrou is known for her creative work. She makes strong and colourful art using things like metal, waste, and building materials. Her art is shaped with clean lines and bright colours. She likes to explore ideas like space, balance, and shape in her work. Her art is inspired by famous artists from the past like Paul Klee, Carle Andre, and Wassily Kandinsky.

Al Mazrou believes that art is more than just making something beautiful. She said, "Art is not just about making things. It is about making people think. My work is a journey that brings more questions than answers. I use materials in new ways to make people think about what they believe to be true.”

Her art has been shown in many important places around the world. Her works are part of big art collections, like the RMZ Foundation, Art Jameel, and The Farjam Foundation. She won a big prize called the Paulo Cunha e Silva Art Prize in 2020 and was also a finalist for the Louvre Abu Dhabi Richard Mille Art Prize. Besides making art, she also teaches at NYU Abu Dhabi as a professor of visual arts.

Abu Dhabi Art is more than just one event. It runs programs all year, including art shows, art orders, and learning projects. The event helps people of all ages learn about art and gives young artists a chance to grow.

This year’s fair, led by Shaikha Al Mazrou’s vision, will offer new and exciting ideas. Her art will be used to shape the look and feel of the fair. Visitors will be able to see her unique style and message. Abu Dhabi Art continues to help local and global artists show their work and share their stories with the world.
