His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will be going on an official two-day visit to Russia starting Monday, according to a report from Oman News Agency (ONA) on Saturday.

This important visit is happening after President Vladimir Putin of Russia invited Sultan Haitham. The Diwan of Royal Court shared a statement saying that the visit is meant to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Oman and Russia.
