Dr. Sophie Chandauka, the leader of Prince Harry’s Africa charity, has said that the Duke of Sussex treated her badly. She accused him of bullying and harassment after he left Sentebale, a charity he started in 2006 with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho. The charity helps children in southern Africa who have HIV/AIDS.

In a talk Dr. Chandauka said that Prince Harry allowed his team to spread bad about her without telling her or other leaders at the charity. She said this was an attack on her and the 540 people who work at Sentebale, as well as their families.

Dr. Chandauka and Prince Harry had problems for some time, but no one knows exactly what caused the fight. She said she was being attacked because she spoke up about issues in the charity. She also said that some people think they are too important to follow rules and that they use the media to harm others while pretending to be victims. Though she did not say Prince Harry’s name, many people believed she was talking about him.

Dr. Chandauka has taken legal steps and reported the charity’s leaders to the UK Charity Commission. She has also taken the matter to court in London.

Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso said in a statement last week that they had left the charity because their working relationship had completely broken down. They said they were shocked by what happened but would still support the young people that Sentebale helps.

Many people who worked at Sentebale have also left their jobs, and some have asked Dr. Chandauka to step down. This fight has caused big problems for the charity, and now people are waiting to see what happens next.
