The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai. This collaboration aims to enhance housing and community services while integrating religious and social support for Emirati families.

The agreement will focus on developing strategic initiatives to improve the housing sector, community services, and religious programs. It emphasizes creating sustainable, innovative housing solutions and fostering family stability through educational and awareness programs. The partnership is designed to contribute to the overall well-being of Emirati citizens and support them in their housing needs, while also offering guidance in religious matters.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Thilal Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant CEO for Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, and Mr. Mohammad Musabeh Dhahi, Acting Executive Director of the Charitable Work Sector at IACAD. Both leaders highlighted the mutual goals of both parties in improving the quality of life for Emirati families, ensuring that their needs in terms of housing and community stability are met.

Mr. Al Falasi emphasized the importance of this partnership, stating, “This MoU reflects MBRHE’s ongoing commitment to promoting cooperation and collaboration with relevant government entities. We aim to provide citizens with integrated housing and community services that are aligned with their needs. This partnership underscores our role in enhancing family stability and contributing to the social well-being of Emirati families.”

Mr. Dhahi of IACAD reiterated the significance of the agreement, noting that the collaboration would allow both entities to combine their expertise and resources to create sustainable housing solutions. “This partnership represents our dedication to addressing the diverse needs of the community. It will allow us to create an inclusive and balanced residential environment that respects both the social and religious aspects of Emirati life,” he said.

One of the key components of the MoU is the joint development of community-based programs focused on family stability, awareness campaigns, and initiatives aimed at providing both housing and religious services to citizens. The collaboration seeks to ensure a more integrated approach to meeting the social, housing, and religious needs of families, reinforcing the commitment to stability and prosperity within the community.

This strategic collaboration aligns with Dubai's broader vision for urban development, including the goals outlined in the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which aims to enhance the quality of life by providing sustainable and integrated residential environments. Both MBRHE and IACAD have expressed a shared commitment to fulfilling these objectives, ensuring that the housing and community services offered meet the future demands of the Emirati population.

Through this partnership, MBRHE and IACAD aim to not only improve the housing sector but also address social and religious aspects that are integral to the stability of Emirati families. The collaboration marks an important step towards creating a harmonious, inclusive, and sustainable society.
