The UAE is becoming a leader in modern buildings and smart cities. At this event, people will discuss new ways to make buildings eco-friendly, use technology, and improve the real estate industry. The event encourages people to work together to solve problems in real estate.

Jatin Deepchandani, the CEO of Plan3 Media, which is organizing the event, said, “The UAE’s Vision 2033 has a big plan for sustainable real estate. This congress will help shape the future of real estate in the region.”

The congress will feature important speakers like Michael Belton, CEO of MERED, and Madhav Dhar, Co-founder of ZāZEN Properties. They will talk about creating smart cities, saving energy, and making smart investments in real estate.

A big part of the event will be PropTech or property technology, which is changing how the real estate world works. The congress will show how PropTech can make buildings eco-friendly and improve the real estate industry.

Sustainability will be an important topic at the congress. This means using methods that protect the environment. The UAE wants all new buildings to help save the planet. Deepchandani said, “It’s not just about talking about sustainability, but making sure it’s part of everything in building new places.” The congress will talk about how builders, investors, and governments can work together to build a better future.

The congress will end on December 13th with the Awards Gala. Over 312 nominees will compete for awards in categories like innovation, leadership, and sustainable real estate. These awards will celebrate the efforts of people who help the economy and communities grow.

The congress is backed by nine international industry groups and will be the largest event of its kind in the region. People from all over the world will come together to network, share ideas, and work together in the real estate field.

The event is supported by LOAMS, the "Powered By" sponsor, Berkeley Services, the Platinum sponsor for eco-friendly building management, and Elevision, the Presenting Sponsor for the Awards. These sponsors are helping make the event a place to discuss new ideas and sustainable real estate practices.
