London-based designer Feben made a significant impact on the final day of Milan Fashion Week with a runway show that celebrated diversity in every aspect, including size and race. Hailing from Ethiopia and raised in Sweden, Feben's runway showcased a refreshing array of models from various backgrounds and body types. She emphasized the importance of representation, especially for Black women in creative roles, highlighting the need for inclusivity in the fashion industry.

Sponsored by renowned designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana as part of their initiative to support emerging talent, Feben's latest collection sent a powerful message of visibility and acceptance. She expressed her belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, regardless of their body shape or skin color, and stressed the significance of having diverse voices and perspectives in the fashion world. Elsewhere at Milan Fashion Week, designer Francesca Liberatore brought a theatrical flair to the runway with a show that seamlessly integrated fashion and music. Collaborating with the Alpen Symphony Orchestra, Liberatore presented her latest collection in three distinct parts, each accompanied by live orchestral music.

The show opened with models clad in punk-inspired attire making their way through the auditorium to the rhythmic beats of timpani drums. As the orchestra members took their places on stage, they were dressed in unique ensembles, departing from the traditional black attire typically associated with classical musicians.
