The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has agreed with the General Directorate of Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) to work together and share knowledge. This partnership will help both organizations improve their work and offer better training to young national workers, especially recent graduates, to help them succeed in their careers.
The agreement was signed by Essa Bin Natoof, Director of the Operations Sector at DGHR, and Maj. Gen. Jamal bin Aded, Assistant Director-General for Resources and Support Services at DCD. The main goal of this partnership is to improve the skills of national workers through special training programs that will help them in their jobs and prepare them for the future.
This agreement is part of DGHR's "Tumoohi" program, which focuses on training young graduates. The program aims to help students improve their job skills and soft skills so they can be ready for the workforce.
