During the reception, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Prime Minister Modi reviewed the progress of their strategic partnership and discussed ways to enhance collaboration across various sectors. The discussions were aimed at advancing the shared goals and benefits for both nations and their citizens.

Sheikh Khaled conveyed the greetings and well-wishes of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, to Prime Minister Modi. He extended wishes for the Prime Minister's continued good health and for the prosperity of India and its people. In response, Prime Minister Modi expressed his appreciation for Sheikh Khaled’s visit and hoped for its success. He also requested Sheikh Khaled to pass on his regards to the UAE President and offered his own best wishes for the ongoing growth and development of the UAE.

The meeting highlighted the deep historical ties and cooperative spirit between the UAE and India, addressing a range of topics of mutual interest. Key strategic agreements were announced as part of the UAE-India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), marking significant advancements in their economic and strategic cooperation.

Among the notable agreements, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) signed a 15-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) Heads of Agreement with IndianOil. This agreement will deliver 1 million metric tonnes per annum (mmtpa) of LNG from ADNOC’s lower-carbon Ruwais LNG project. Additionally, ADNOC entered into a strategic framework agreement with Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserve Limited to extend their existing oil storage arrangement, reinforcing India's energy security.

In another major development, Abu Dhabi-based investment firm ADQ signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Gujarat to establish a major food and agriculture park in India, which will feature advanced technologies.

Furthermore, the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India have forged a partnership to formalize knowledge-sharing and expertise exchange in nuclear energy. This collaboration highlights the UAE’s leadership in nuclear technology, recognized globally by the International Atomic Energy Agency as a benchmark for new nuclear nations.

Overall, the meeting between Sheikh Khaled and Prime Minister Modi represents a significant step forward in deepening the UAE-India partnership, focusing on strategic collaboration and economic growth in key areas of mutual interest.
