Cheval Collection is opening a new luxury hotel, Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai, in March 2025. This hotel will have 151 beautiful apartments with top-class comfort and modern designs. It is made for both business and holiday travelers who want a stylish and relaxing stay.

This new hotel is one of the biggest in the Cheval Collection group. It is inside a famous building called the Leadership Pavilion, where world leaders stayed during Expo 2020 and Cop28. Now, the building has been fully changed into a modern and stylish place to stay. It is next to Al Wasl Plaza, one of the most famous places in Dubai, and is only five minutes away from the Expo City Metro station, making it easy to travel around the city.

This hotel is an important step in Cheval Collection’s Middle East journey. The company has big plans to open more hotels in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Their first hotel in Dubai, Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, opened in April 2023 and was quickly loved by guests.
