Dubai, UAE – Dubai CommerCity, the first free zone in the region focused only on digital business, has officially welcomed Bayut and dubizzle to their brand-new office space. This move marks an important step for both companies as they continue to grow and bring new ideas to the real estate and online classifieds industries in the UAE.

The new office was opened in the presence of Abdulrahman Shahin, Senior Vice President of Property Management and Supply Chain at Dubai CommerCity, and Haider Khan, CEO of Bayut and dubizzle and CEO of Dubizzle Group MENA. Senior officials from the Dubai Land Department, Dubai Police, and both companies also attended the event.

The new space is huge – 45,000 square feet across two floors – and can fit more than 400 employees. It’s designed to be a fun, modern workplace where people can work together, be creative, and build new ideas. This shows how Bayut and dubizzle are growing fast and staying ahead in the Proptech (property technology) space, setting new standards for how technology can improve the real estate market.

Speaking about the launch, Abdulrahman Shahin said, “We’re proud to see Bayut and dubizzle open their new office here. Dubai CommerCity was created to help digital businesses grow, and this is proof that we’re doing just that. Our goal is to give companies the space and support they need to succeed.”

He also added, “With our modern infrastructure and supportive environment, we’re happy to give Bayut and dubizzle a strong base to lead the property technology field. This move is not just about growth – it’s about raising the bar for technology, trust, and customer service in the UAE.”

Haider Khan, CEO of Bayut and dubizzle, said, “We’re really excited to start this new journey in Dubai CommerCity. It’s a great place that helps businesses like ours grow and come up with fresh ideas. We chose this location because of its great setup, smart infrastructure, and strong focus on digital growth.”

He added, “Now that we have offices in both Dubai Design District and Dubai CommerCity, we’re in a great position to be a part of the city’s tech transformation. This helps us reach more people, improve our services, and continue to lead in the digital real estate world.”

Bayut and dubizzle have already brought major changes to the real estate market. One of their big achievements is TruEstimate™, a smart property price tool made with the help of the Dubai Land Department. Since it launched, more than 200,000 reports have been created by users in just seven months, helping people make smarter decisions when buying or renting homes.

Another cool feature is TruBroker™, which recognizes the efforts of real estate agents. By February 2025, over 6,500 badges were given to agents, rewarding them for their good work and promoting honesty and teamwork in the real estate world.

This new office is also a big step toward creating more jobs. The workspace will welcome talent in areas like technology, product design, marketing, sales, and customer support. It’s a great opportunity for professionals in the UAE and will help push the industry forward.

In short, Bayut and dubizzle’s new hub at Dubai CommerCity is more than just a new office – it’s a major move to drive innovation, create jobs, and lead the future of property technology in the region.
